MOTEL

1982. Gino, an exiled Argentinian magician who has become the owner of an outdated motel on the A4 highway, at the border between France and Germany, learns that his establishment will soon be destroyed and replaced by a Best Stars Hotel, a flashy new hotel franchise that is colonizing European highways.

Together  with Günther, the insomniac receptionist, and Sybille, the young kleptomaniac maid’s room, they will engage in a struggle to try to save their weirdly poetic own refuge.
